Flow requires trust, ease, and the ability to allow and direct your energy.
Our experience will help you find a balance between being anchored and allowing for flow. We’ll use journaling prompts, worksheets, and group discussions to explore our favorite connecting practices. We’ll enjoy embodied movement, sound healing, meditation, and energy work to deepen and support the process.

Our day will be spent in a private home 50 steps above Lake Michigan, where you will connect with the wind, water, and your well-being. Your retreat will include:
Sound Healing, Intuitive Movement, and Meditation, led by retreat host Erica Jones
Individual Thai bodywork mini sessions with co-host Carlos Kulas-Dominguez.
This spacious day retreat will also allow time for rest, play, and connection, both with yourself and with community. A refreshing lunch will be provided.
